Please be advised that WestJet is currently experiencing an issue with their check-in system. As a result, you may not have received your 24-hour check-in email and may be unable to check in using the WestJet mobile app.

We recommend trying to check in online using a desktop or laptop computer at www.westjet.com.

If you are still unable to check in and receive an error, please give yourself extra time to check in at the airport.
