Summer Vacation - Notify Your Travel Coordinator

Please ensure that your company Travel Coordinator is informed of all vacation/time off prior to the planned time off. Individuals are responsible for providing their own notification, not leadership.

Notifying your Travel Coordinator allows them to provide accurate demand forecasting and avoid making reservations for those dates, reducing the cost of logistical operations.
