Not receiving WestJet 24-hour check-in email?

Please confirm you have the correct email in your Travel Portal before completing the steps below.

If you have never logged into your Travel Portal, please reach out to your Travel Coordinator or you can email travelsupport@suncor.com with your First and Last name along with your badge number.

If you have not received your check-in notification 24 hours before your flight, please go to WestJet Lost itinerary link.

Click here - https://www.westjet.com/en-ca/manage/retrieve-itinerary 

  1. Add First name,
  2. Last name
  3. Add the email address that is in your travel portal.

If you still are not receiving your 24-hour check in email after following the steps above, please reach out to Travel Services at  mytravel@suncor.com or 1-866-276-7800 Option 3
