Suncor Travel Portal

Passengers can access their flight and lodge reservations through the iLogistics traveler portal. Travellers must have a Suncor badge ID to log-in to the system.

To obtain your Travel Portal login credentials, please send an email to mytravel@suncor.com, including your full name and badge number in your request.

  • You will be prompted to change your password after the first login.
  • Ensure your contact information is accurate in your profile (top right corner) and update if needed. QRG – update personal information.
    • Date of Birth is required to board any flight.
    • Email is required to receive booking confirmations or password reset details.
    • Phone Number is required to save your information.

iLogistics Go App

Download the iLogistics Go App to conveniently review your travel and accommodation details on your mobile device.

Simply login into your existing iLogistics profile to review your travel itinerary details. Travellers must have a Suncor badge ID to log-in to the system.

iOS device users can visit App Store to download the app for iPhone. Android users can also download the app by visiting the Google Play Store.

WestJet 24 Hour check in email:

Enable Notifications
Ensure email notifications for flight delays are turned on in the WestJet app when completing your 24-hour check-in.

Rewards Eligibility
Suncor charter flights are not eligible for WestJet Rewards.

Flight Reservation Code
You will receive an email from WestJet with your Flight Reservation Code approximately 24 hours and 15 minutes before departure. This will be sent to the email address listed in your Travel Portal.

Didn’t Receive the Email?
Check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received the 24-hour check-in email.

Still Missing Your Code?
Click here to retrieve your Flight Reservation Code and view your itinerary.
(Important: Do not attempt this before the 24-hour mark, or the system will not trigger a check-in notification.)
