Suncor Travel Portal

Passengers can access their flight and lodge reservations through the iLogistics traveler portal. Travellers must have a Suncor badge ID to log-in to the system.

Email travelsupport@suncor.com to obtain your login credentials for the Travel Portal.

  • You will be prompted to change your password after the first login.
  • Ensure your contact information is accurate in your profile (top right corner) and update if needed. QRG – update personal information.
    • Date of Birth is required to board any flight.
    • Email is required to receive booking confirmations or password reset details.
    • Phone Number is required to save your information.

iLogistics Go App

Download the iLogistics Go App to conveniently review your travel and accommodation details on your mobile device.

Simply login into your existing iLogistics profile to review your travel itinerary details. Travellers must have a Suncor badge ID to log-in to the system.

iOS device users can visit App Store to download the app for iPhone. Android users can also download the app by visiting the Google Play Store.

WestJet 24 Hour check in email:

  • Make sure you have enabled email notifications for flight delays on the WestJet app when completing your 24 hour check in.
  • Suncor charter flights are not eligible for WestJet Rewards.
  • If you did not receive a 24 hour check-in email from WestJet, check your junk mail, or click here to retrieve your booking code and access your itinerary.
