COVID-19 update #2

Suncor is transitioning staffing levels to essential personnel only until further notice at all operations and offices.

If you are unsure of your status, please check in with your leader to confirm your essential/non-essential status prior to planned fly-in. fly-out (FIFO) travel. Revised itineraries will be sent via email. 

FIFO hub airports are working closely with partners at Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). There is no anticipated impact to our charter flights.

We encourage all FIFO workers who are travelling to site to bring at least 14 days worth of any prescribed medications and other essential items, in case of self-isolation.

Contractors: Area leadership teams will work with contractors in their areas to determine which services are considered essential.

For personal travel, continue to follow government guidance.
