Update Travel Profile- DOB info required to fly

Effective October 1, all passengers will be required by Transportation Canada to provide personal information (surname, first name and any middle names; date of birth; gender) to the Air Carrier 72 hours in advance. Each person on board the aircraft is required to provide this information. Failure you do so will result in the passenger unable to board the plane.

Travel Coordinators, please note this information is only required by Suncor contractors. Suncor employee’s information has been transitioned over into the Travel Portal via Workday.

For anyone that currently has a reservation it is required that the traveller go into the travel portal and input their date of birth no later than 48 hours before scheduled departure. If the date of birth is not entered 48 hours prior the traveller will not be able to board their flight, and the flight and lodge bookings will be considered a “No Show”.

 

Suncor contractors will be required to update their personal information (Name, date of birth and gender) in their Traveller Profile in the Travel Portal.

 

 

Please have your travellers enter the Travel Portal and provide their personal information. This information is only for the flight manifest and will only be provided to the Air Carrier. This information will not be accessible or be able to be changed by your Travel Coordinator.

(Save this link to your favorites). 

  • Enter your username.
    Your username is your Suncor employee/badge number with eight digits. Add zeros if your employee number/badge number is less than eight digits. For example: 00123456.
  • Enter your initial password.
    Your password is: Su + your Suncor employee/badge number with eight digits + !
    For example: Su00123456!

Do not forget:

    • Upper case “S”
    • Lower case “u”
    • Exclamation point at the end
    • Only four attempts, then click on “forgot password > one time password” to reset your password.
    • Do not attempt to log-in a fifth time or you will be locked out.
  • You will be prompted to change your password.
    Please carefully enter your new password. Click “forgot password > one time password” to reset your password.
  • Ensure your contact information is accurate in your profile (top right corner) and update if needed. QRG – update personal information.
