Holiday travel and lodge reminders

Travel reminders:

• Plan your trip to the airport based on weather and road conditions.
• Arrive at check-in 90 minutes before departure time.
• Expect longer than normal wait times for parking, check-in, baggage drop-off and security.
• Board the bus to the Aerodrome designated for your flight number. When you get on a bus not designated for your flight, you’re taking up a seat and could cause someone to miss their flight.

 

Lodge reminders:

• Review your lodge confirmation itinerary and ensure your check-in and check-out days are accurate.
• Guests arriving at a different lodge and pay for a room will not be reimbursed by Suncor.
• If it is the last day of your shift rotation, you must check out before you leave for your shift.
  • Refer to the front desk at your lodge for check-out times.
• If you require changes, contact your travel coordinator.
