Resolved: travel logistics system issue
The travel logistics system performance issues have been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
As part of the resolution there will be a limitation to only view/modify reservations that you have completed in iLogistics under your new profile. If you need to make changes to a reservation that was previously completed in legacy systems (MyTravel, and Amelia) for travel in this week, please contact Suncor Travel Services at email@example.com or 1-866-276-7800 (inside North America) or 1-403-272-7800 (outside of North America), (after choosing a language), select 3 for travel. If changes are required for reservations for travel beyond this week, please be patient as we are working to enable the feature for you to view/modify legacy system reservations in iLogistics.
Central Analytics has removed all access to iLogistics Dynamic reporting. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we expect a resolution within 3-4 business days. If you have an immediate need for reporting, send firstname.lastname@example.org the detailed requirements including report name, time frame, and filters. They will run it on your behalf at their earliest convenience.
Having issues with iLogistics (including password and log-in)? Contact the Client Support Centre (CSC) at 1-866-276-7800 (inside North America) or 1-403-272-7800 (outside of North America), (after choosing a language), select 1 for Client Support.
