Coming soon - self check-in kiosks at EIA

Self check-in kiosks at Edmonton International Airport (EIA) will be available for Suncor charter flights starting April 30, 2018. This change is expected to reduce check-in queue time. Kiosks are located in WestJet and Suncor’s domestic check-in area. 

Passengers are still required to arrive at the airport 90 minutes before flight times, but will be able to check-in at the kiosk and drop checked baggage within three hours of their flight. Passengers not using kiosks can check-in at WestJet “Guest Care” adjacent to the current dedicated Suncor check-in locations.

Pre-screening for Suncor restricted items will be discontinued at EIA. There will be an increase in random bag screening upon arrival at the Aerodrome.
