BP lodge permit parking / Borealis non-smoking

Starting January 1, 2016, all vehicles entering the security gates at Base Plant lodges - Millennium, Borealis and Hudson - will require a parking permit. Application forms for permits will be accepted at the lodge security gates starting November 15. Contractors with a company vehicle must also apply for a parking permit by completing a Contractor Parking Permit application. Permits for contractor vehicles require Suncor leader approval. Suncor provides shuttles for workers between our lodges and work site. More information and application forms are available at sunlink.suncor.com, or visit your lodge security gate.

Additionally, starting in December 2015, Borealis Lodge will become 100% non-smoking. Borealis Lodge has a designated smoking area outside the front entrance. Borealis is one of the last Suncor lodges to convert to non-smoking. For more information, please see the FAQ.
