Lodge service changes

Updates to lodge services and offerings will be introduced at Borealis, Beaver River, Grey Wolf, Lynx, and Wolverine. These changes are intended to support a consistent guest experience, while maintaining core services during your stay.

Room Cleaning Frequency

Guest room cleaning frequency will take place: Once per week

  • This will include:
    • Full room cleaning
    • Linen change
    • Towel change

New Contracted Dining Room Hours

Effective July 5, 2026

Dining Hours

  • Breakfast: 4:30 am – 9:00 am
  • Dinner: 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Lunchroom/ Bag Up

  • Lunchroom will remain open during Breakfast and Dinner Hours
  • Bag up items will continue to be available 24/7, including:
  • Sandwiches
  • Microwave meals
  • Fruit
  • Snacks
  • Beverages

Please note:

  • The dining room/lunchroom will now close at 9:00 pminstead of 9:30 pm.
  • A meal service extension will be in place for2 weeks to support this transition.
  • No changeto the current meal extension at Lynx, Grey Wolf & Beaver at this time.
  • Guests can expect one steak night per week,
  • In addition, one rotating feature meal will be offered monthly, which may include items such as prime rib, flank steak, carved lamb leg or other similar offerings

Face Cloths

Effective July 1, 2026

  • Face cloths will no longer be placed in guest rooms
  • Guests may still request face cloths at the Front Desk at any time

New In-Room Towel Setup

  • 1 bath towel
  • 1 bathmat
  • 1 hand towel

Check-in / Check-out times

Please note the following lodge times:

  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out for day shift: 7:00 am
  • Check-out for night shift: 1:00 pm

Late Check-Out

Late check-out charges apply after the posted check-out times.
