Travel

  • Go Show Form
    • Use this form to secure a flight within 90 minutes (or less) of departure for urgent, same-day travel.
  • Late Travel Request Form
    • Use this form for flight requests submitted after 5:00am on the day prior to departure, which fall outside the standard booking window.

Forecasting

  • Blank Forecast Template
    • Use this template to submit updates during the 14-day lockout period. Ensure all information is complete and accurate before submitting the form to the appropriate DFA regional mailbox.
  • Demand Forecast Contacts

Access

  • iLogistics Access
    • Use this form to request access to demand forecasting and reservation systems.
    • A travel coordinator is required if:
      • More than 10 people will be on site
      • Work extends beyond one month

If neither applies, use the Occasional Travel Request Form.

  • Training
    • Reservation training sessions are held Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.( MST).

Reports

  • Daily Hoteling and Lookahead Report
    • The Hoteling Report contains reservation information for employees and contractors with upcoming stays over the next seven days. The Lookahead Report provides visibility into upcoming lodge demand forecasts and reservations, helping identify and address potential variances.
    • This report is distributed daily.
  • Lodge Demand Variance Report
    • The report compares forecasted demand against reservations for the next 18 days, enabling proactive management of lodging variances.
    • This report is distributed every Monday or on Tuesday following a statutory holiday.
