Arrival Day: New Luggage Process Effective June 30th, YEAR
Firebag Aerodrome Arrival:
- Collect luggage and board the Coach to Firebag Site. (no changes to the drop off order on site)
- Passengers with luggage and carry-on will stay on the coach until it reaches the Lodge.
- At the Lodge, passengers will drop their luggage at the luggage cart. (Do not sign the luggage sheet)
- After dropping their luggage, passengers will re-board the same bus to be dropped off at site.
- At the end of shift, passengers will board the On-site buses to return to the lodge and collect their luggage from the luggage cart.

Departure Day: New Luggage Process Effective June 29th (PM), YEAR
Day Shift: 03:00 to 08:00 (Afternoon/Evening flights)
Night Shift: 15:00 to 20:00 (Morning flights)
- Sign luggage tracking sheet (badge number and initials).
- Complete the Suncor Luggage Tag and place on your luggage. One tag per piece of luggage (tags are reuseable).
- Place your luggage in the luggage cart.

Collect Luggage: From the carts with “Blue” curtains outside the Firebag Aerodrome. Then proceed to the Agent inside the Aerodrome to check luggage.
