Fall and winter travel reminders

No traction aids in planes or buses. Traction aids/over-boot grip PPE is not to be worn inside planes or buses in order to prevent damage.

Aerodrome check-in process. When checking in at the Aerodrome seats are assigned randomly to save time. Please identify yourself to an agent should you have certain needs for a specific seat assignment. Agents will always try their best, but your request is not guaranteed.

Notify your travel coordinator of time off. With holiday season approaching please ensure Travel Services is informed of all vacation/time off prior to the planned time off. Send an email to MyTravel@suncor.com with planned time off.
