YMM terminal move

Starting June 2, 2019 Suncor charter flights will move from the Fort McMurray North Terminal to the Fort McMurray Main Airport Terminal (YMM). Suncor regional leadership supports the adjustment in order to maximize flight utilization and continue RMWB community support.

This will have an impact on flight times and airport processes:

• Friday and Sunday flights out of YMM will now be multi-segment in order to optimize flight resources. This will result in slightly later arrivals (45 minutes later in YEG, 1 hour – 1.5 hours in YYC).
• Travellers will now go through CATSA regulated security and arrive in a secure location at the Edmonton International Airport (YEG) or the Calgary International Airport (YYC). This means travellers can now connect to their next flight without having to go through security.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required in same name as on boarding pass. View examples of acceptable identification for travel.

 

Flight schedule times and routing will be updated and posted on SunLink.suncor.com. Flight cut-off time is 60 minutes before departure. Once check-in closes, you will not be able to board the aircraft.
