Auto check-out coming to McClelland Lake Lodge

Starting May 1, 2019, check-out at the front desk/kiosk is not required - check out is automatic based on the reservation.

There is no impact to shift check-out patterns – guests will be checked-out before starting their last shift. Please keep your room card for future stays.

Guests who need to change their check-out date must contact their Travel Coordinator.

This change is part of the feedback from guests asking for an automated check-out process.
