Requesting travel is just a click away!

Requesting travel has been made easier with the new travel request form online – travellers are no longer required to download and submit travel request spreadsheets.

All travel requests to site (FIFO and occasional) will be submitted through the new online form on SunLink.suncor.com. Travellers must ensure they have required approval and simply fill out the form based on their flight and lodge needs, and Travel Services will process the request.

Exceptions: short notice travel required within 24 hours needs to be called in to 1-866-276-7800. If you have a dedicated travel coordinator, do not use this form. Contact your leader to find out who your travel coordinator is.
