Notify Travel Services of time off

Rotational (FIFO) employees and contractors: please ensure that Travel Services is informed of all vacation/time off a minimum of 7 days prior to the planned time off. Individuals are responsible for providing their own notification, not leadership.

Notifying Travel Services allows them to provide accurate demand forecasting and avoid making reservations for those dates, reducing the cost of logistical operations.
