Notice to all Coach Bus Passengers

PATTS - Passenger and Transit Tracking Solution

Suncor has now started the soft launch of the PATTS bus swipe system as part of the Electronic Access Project.  All bus passengers are now required to swipe their ID card on the card reader upon boarding the bus in town, or on plant site. 

If your card swipes invalid on the reader, you should contact Suncor Security as soon as possible to have the matter resolved.  Persons being picked-up in Fort McMurray that do not have a Suncor ID card will be dropped off at the security gate. 

Please report all issues to Suncor Security.  Full compliance to the system is planned for March 9th.  After March 9^th, all persons with invalid cards will also be dropped off at the gate.
